- Remove any debris and dig out
- Remove rear bin-lift, DIN frame & body and deep clean chassis
- Prep & despatch chassis
- Inspect body floor and plate & reinforce keel & floor panels
- Repair & replate rear body quadrants (Inside) as required
- Overlay hopper floor with new 8mm full floor panel – Fully weld
- Supply & fit new hopper cheek plates if required (full inspection)
- Repair & replate scrapper plate as required (full inspection)
- Refurbish packer plate & fit new slides & bushes
- Supply & fit refurbished DIN plate
- Test on completion / Re-grease all items
- Shotblast all required areas
- Repaint all repaired areas
- Final inspection/customer sign off & delivery
